Russell Salazar is the Founder and CEO of Echo & Veil, a bespoke wedding and events band redefining luxury entertainment in Tampa Bay and beyond. Echo & Veil may be new to the scene, but Russell is no stranger to it — with over five years in the wedding industry and more than two decades behind the piano, he brings both technical mastery and a refined artistic sensibility to every celebration he curates.
Music has been the thread through every chapter of his life: the celebrations, the milestones, the moments that matter most. Echo & Veil grew from a simple conviction — that live music, delivered with excellence and genuine care, can move a room and mark a memory forever. Today that conviction takes the stage as a fourteen-piece ensemble of working professional musicians, curated and led with one goal: to leave every moment better than we found it.
Russell’s years as a performer have carried him across a wide range of stages, collaborating with and learning from top-tier professionals across the events and music industries. Those rooms shaped his philosophy: exceptional entertainment is not simply heard. It is felt, remembered, and woven into the story of the occasion.
Before launching Echo & Veil, Russell founded Tampa Wedding Singer, building a reputation for elevated, personalized musical experiences. Echo & Veil expands that vision into a full-scale production band.
His mission is to bring a level of professionalism, customization, and production value typically reserved for major productions into the private event space. Every celebration is approached with intention, precision, and a commitment to lasting impression — ensuring each couple’s vision is not only realized, but exceeded.
